Brian Peters is passionately curious about the science, systems and practices involved in efficiently spending other people’s money. Brian’s 20 year career spans manufacturing, government, telecom, the Olympic Games, startups, and biopharma. Currently, Brian leads Gilead’s EMEA and APAC procurement teams, and the company’s global procurement center of excellence – a team responsible for functional excellence and capability improvement.

Brian holds an MBA from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Saskatchewan, and is an advisory board member of BIO’s Business Solutions Group. Brian resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a native of Saskatchewan, Canada, Brian and his family now take every opportunity to explore the warm outdoors of California.
